My Background
In 1990, when I was just 7 years old, my father passed away, and I was diagnosed with Tuberculosis. My mother, despite all the hardships, took care of us with unwavering strength. When I asked her why we were suffering, she told me, “It’s not pain, it’s pleasure. God wants us to live with love and joy, and that’s the reason. Obstacles are not obstacles; you have to think about how you can turn them into possibilities – mastering yourself.”
At that young age, I didn’t fully understand her words, but they have since guided me through life. Her wisdom taught me to always seek love and joy, and it’s this mindset that has driven me to constantly pursue knowledge and personal growth.
The Journey of Self-Discovery
After studying in a hostel for two years, I returned home and started working part-time while attending school in the afternoons. This was the beginning of my self-discovery journey. I learned the importance of being honest, trustworthy, and true to oneself.
I went on to complete my diploma and was thrilled to join IIT Madras for five years. After that, I worked in an MNC for 13 years, starting as a senior engineer and eventually becoming the head of customer service. Despite facing challenges, like struggling with English and feeling ashamed for not knowing the meaning of "crab," I never stopped investing in my personal development. Through seminars, courses, and Toastmasters, I learned how to communicate effectively and build a strong network.
Layoffs and a Turning Point
In 2021, layoffs at my office marked a turning point in my life. Hearing my friends’ stories of termination was heart-breaking, but I decided not to let this setback define me. Instead, I used it as an opportunity to rebuild and create a better future for my family and me. This experience taught me resilience and the importance of perseverance.

The Entrepreneur Unleashed
Reflecting on my journey of building a training and coaching business fills me with gratitude. As I helped others grow, I grew as well. I gained a deeper understanding of marketing and implementation and matured in my business approach. Empowering my students to achieve financial independence and stability has been incredibly rewarding, and I am dedicated to continuing this mission.
Spiritual Life & Personal Development
Despite my technical work, I am committed to living a simple and fulfilling life. I have studied personal growth and spiritual sciences, and I love the quote, “Slow and steady wins the race; keep it simple.” For over 15 years, I have practiced meditation and yoga, which help me connect with my higher power and attract success.
Implementing Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques has also brought great results in both my personal and professional life, and I enjoy sharing these techniques with loved ones and business partners. My core values are simplicity, kindness, giving, and service to the earth.
